Can I make changes to the proposal?
Once we have agreed upon the general parameters of your trip, we will create the initial proposal. This is not the final itinerary, just a starting point to get us on the right track. The more we work together on travel plans, the better we will be able to know your specific style. As you continue to provide specific feedback we will make changes until it is just right!
can my trip itinerary be intemized?
Each vacation itinerary will be invoiced as an entire package, inclusive of all components we have agreed upon. Supplier contracts are often confidential and do not permit us to provide itemized pricing. If you wish to amend your itinerary, we will reprice your total trip cost.
When will I see my final itinerary?
Your final itinerary will be available 10-15 days before departure. You will receive a digital copy of all your information.
WHAT IF I PLAN A TRIP AND THEN DECIDE I WANT TO GO IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION?
Since the work we do involves custom trip planning, the time spent on your trip is uniquely yours. Starting from scratch is absolutely possible, but will require another trip planning fee.
