These Terms & Conditions, will be applied fully and affect to your use of this website and / or any related services provided from any communication channel from this specific domain and site, Hermai accessible at https://hermai.travel.
By using our services, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this website and / or the services provided, if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as your booking and/ or any travel service provided is subject to the terms listed below. A contract is entered once you receive confirmation email for your booking and/ or any travel request.

CHANGE OF TERMS
Hermai is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website and /or any related travel services provided from this domain you are expected to review these Terms, before any use of our services. When you use our services provided for any related travel services, the latest update of these terms will be applicable and sent via email, at the time of the booking service / travel request.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
Customised itinerary bookings are provisional until a 30% deposit is received, and confirmations issued, and until that time accommodation and services cannot be guaranteed.
If the final balance is not received on time, Hermai reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and partial deposit payment becomes forfeit.
If you book your travel, 10 days or less to departure, the full amount of your trip must be paid in order to confirm the booking.
PAYMENT METHODS & PRICING
Payment can be made by major credit or debit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, etc), or bank transfer.
Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency (other than EURO/€) are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and International card issuer fees. Hermai is not responsible for any increases due to out third party supplier contracts increases or government imposed taxes/fees. Please note that per our supplier contracts we cannot offer a breakdown of pricing
REVISION FEE
Any revision made after the original booking has been processed and deposit received will incur a €50 handling fee per booking, per change.
If you request any changes to the confirmed program 10 days or prior to the start of your trip, Hermai will try but cannot promise to meet any request. Any amendment will be subject to approval and additional costs will apply if incurred.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Hermai, in order to discuss any alternative solutions and suggestions with the client to the provided booking, but Hermai has the rights to apply the following Cancellation Charges if needed.
Cancellation fee (for all bookings) – 5%
Up to 30 days prior to date of arrival – 30%
Less than 10 days prior to date of arrival – 100%
In all events the client will be refunded at a later date, which will be provided accordingly to our third party supplier contracts terms & conditions.
Each booking will be evaluated on its own merit.
TRAVEL PROTECTION/INSURANCE
Travel protection and insurance is strongly recommended. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of client’s itinerary. Information for travel insurance will be sent to you within a reasonable time frame after initial deposit based on trip cost and components.
DOCUMENTATION
Travel documentation appropriate for entry to your itinerary destinations, such as passports, visas & inoculation certificates, remain each traveler’s responsibility. Hermai will advise required documentation but travelers who do not meet advised requirements will be denied boarding. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. If a passport is required to travel, the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel
ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE
Hermai is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation and other companies providing accommodations, transportations, and/or other services. Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Hermai. Hermai shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to client or to those traveling with Client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancelation or change in intermarry or schedules.
I acknowledge and accept that there are cancellation policies, change fees and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed or Hermai is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract and Hermai will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.

Hermai logo, name and all related trademarks are intellectual property of Hermai ltd.
